CES Highlights

          It’s taken me a lot longer to get to the point that I’m comfortable adding content to this site using a new program, but I thought that the New Year and CES 2009 would be a good place to start. 

As always at CES, there was way too much to see and not nearly enough time in which to see it.  This year, though, those who knew where to go for the best internet connection, the best presentations, and enough room in which to work, could be found at CntrStg at the amazing Wynn Hotel Suites.

Touch computing and mobility was everywhere!  Officially, our CES experience started off with Digital Experience and a trip back to the 50’s. Pepcom has always put a great show and I wasn’t disappointed.

HP Mini 1000 Vivienne Tam Edition and Windows 7

              Many thought that running Windows 7 on a netbook wouldn’t be a possibility.  This evening, I loaded a beta copy onto the HP Mini Vivienne Tam Edition.  Not only does it run Windows 7 - it runs it very well.  So well, in fact, that it’s much faster than XP was.  Here are some of my first impressions -
